This steam blend has been lovingly created to bring back warmth into your womb space after the powerful work it has done. The herbs have been selected for their soothing properties, and ability to minimise swelling, inflammation and infection. This may then assist in the healing process, as well as the tightening of tissue and aid in deep relaxation.
This blend may also be used in a peri bottle by steeping it in hot water, or as a sitz soak.
Yoni steaming may be done following the first three days postpartum, and continued for up to a month.
Do not steam if pregnant, or when bleeding.
Up to 8 steams using 1/4 dried herbs, however can be doubled if herbs are re-used, just strain and keep herbs in fridge.
Store in a cool dry location, out of direct sunlight, below 30°C.

Postpartum Yoni Steaming Blend
Ingredients: Yarrow, Comfrey, Plantain, Motherwort, Chamomile, Calendula, & Shepherd's Purse.
Keep stored in a cool, dry place.
Allow yourself to be undisturbed. Put on some calming music, burn incense or anything that may assist you to go deeper within.
Place 1/4 cup of herbs into a pot or bowl with boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
Squat, kneel or child’s pose over the bowl, with a towel/blanket wrapped around your waist to contain the steam.
Use this time to lenghten your inhales and exhales, allowing every breath to bring you deeper into your womb space. Visualise that breath clearing out any physical or energetical blockages.
Steam for 10 – 15 minutes, then hydrate and allow for rest.
*Please use caution around hot bowl, cover the sides with a towel to protect legs from heat of bowl.
