Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email update with a tracking number.
Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or parcel locker addresses.
Our current estimated processing time is up to 1–15 business days + shipping.
Shipping lead times may be affected due to the high demand for postage services in Australia and around the world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Australia wide shipping:
- standard: 5 - 10 working days after dispatch
- express: 1 - 5 working days after dispatch
- free shipping on all orders over $50

Pickup Hours - Mon - Fri between 10 - 3 pm in Carrara (see email for full address).
Each item is lovingly packed and checked before being shipped to you. Regretfully, from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. For breakages please contact us at email@example.com with a picture of your damaged product within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Your satisfaction is most important to us, we will do our best to ensure you are happy with every purchase. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unhappy with your order. In most cases, returns are issued as a store credit or exchange due to the nature of the products. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Anicca. Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs. Please keep in mind that you are buying handmade, natural products so variations will occur between batches.
