    This steam blend has been lovingly created as a universal blend to suit most users. Gentle herbs have been selected to nourish, soothe, and tone, as well as clear your energetic field, and calm your nervous system.


    Up to 8 steams, however, can be doubled if herbs are re-used - just strain and keep herbs in the fridge.


    Store in a cool dry location, out of direct sunlight below 30°C.

    • Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Nettle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Chamomile, Calendula & Rose.
