    This steam blend has been lovingly created for those experiencing cycles that are 28 days or more. Herbs have been selected to clear any stagnation within the womb, as well as support you during your bleed with cramping and pain.

     

    Up to 8 steams, however, can be doubled if herbs are re-used - just strain and keep herbs in the fridge.

    • Ingredients: Dong Quai, Motherwort, Dandelion, Chamomile, Red Clover, Mugwort, Rose, home-grown Rosemary & Basil (Sweet Basil + Tulsi).
