Service Description

A deeply restorative abdominal and full-body treatment supporting the womb, nervous system, and emotional wellbeing. Womb Hara Bodywork draws on Chi Nei Tsang, Lomi Lomi, and traditional abdominal massage techniques to gently release tension held in the belly, womb space, sacrum, hips, and upper back. This session is entirely external and is always guided by your comfort and needs on the day. It is slow, nurturing, and designed to support the body into a relaxed, parasympathetic state. This treatment may support: • Cycle health, PMS, painful or irregular periods • Fertility and preconception support • Postpartum recovery and womb healing • Stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation • Digestion including bloating, constipation, and IBS • Pelvic, sacral, and lower back tension • Emotional release, grief, miscarriage, or loss • Scar tissue and abdominal stagnation • Hormonal imbalance, fibroids, cysts, or prolapse Fertility-focused sessions can be tailored to support the reproductive system alongside any other care or treatments you are receiving.
