    Also included is a peri bottle to use when going to the toilet (see instructions).

    • Use around 1/4 cup of mix in tea infuser and pour 500ml boiling water. Allow to infuse for around 10-15 minutes.

      Pour steeped mixture into designated sitz bowl, or a warm shallow bath ensuring the temperature isn’t too hot.

      Alternatively pour into a peri bottle to use when going to the toilet.
